  What ever happened to customer service? Apparently at this store the store sales manager has none. She delivered my dryer to my house almost 2 weeks after I ordered online and when it finally gets here she did not bring the hoses for the dryer. I called her back at the store and she states to me" we don't supply the accessories for the items online maybe you can purchase them at Menards. " I told her why did you have me take a picture of the outlet and she said " to make sure it wasn't gas... What??? I was to out done.. WOW!! I then asked her so what am I going to do with a dryer that don't work and she said " I don't know. " I need some one to come fix the dryer and she said " we don't work on weekends but do deliveries only so I will have scheduled something on Monday!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I'm filing a complaint.. This is just horrible!!! I wish I could rate below 1 star.. Never have I ever been treated so rudely!!! Can't post without rating with a star.. So that's why u got a1

  I have been buying from Aaron's since 2011 and all I can say is good things. Many people have contracted with Aaron's because of my advertising. I will continue to be a customer and so will my sister Deborah.
