Came to visit this store needed billing information I spoke to the manager Bernice which by any means is a company person. Very rude, Arrogant , And thinks she owns the store! She treated us and her customer care like she was not a part of it. She was asked by customer service to notify them about a billing issue and she stated she did not need to talk to anyone. She refused to pick up the phone and say anything. Hate the service if I was her manager she would be terminated after a ghost visit. They suck.
