Horrible employees, and super unprofessional. I got here at 5pm and left when they closed and they still made me come back the next day. Came back the next day and waited another hour to be told nothing was going to be done since they stopped doing the transfers after 8:30 although I had already been waiting forever. I will NEVER go back to this T-Mobile and would never recommend anyone either. Manager left knowing the employees needed his pass code and employee had no idea as to what she was doing with our phones. I will be calling corporate regarding this visit.
