  Horrible service.  On Friday, February 2, 2018, I request to take a passport photo.  There were two customer service ladies standing by the photo area.  One of the ladies first asked me what color shirt I was wearing.  I explained that I had on a sweater, then asked her why she need to know that?  She claimed that sweaters (especially turtle necks) were not allow for passport pictures.  Then she proceeded to tell me that I need to take my hair down & take out my hoop earrings.  At this point I was irritated.  The fact I've taken passport photo before & never had this issues.  I left the store & went to another Walgreen's nearby. (In Lansing on Torrence/Ridge)  The clerk didn't hesitate, she took my photo less than 5 - 10 mins.  I went back to the previous location and complained to the manager, Mr. Dunsin.  He apologized for the ladies behavior.  I will NEVER shop at this location again.  I rather travel to Indiana for better service!
